Shipping Information
Major Carriers such as FedEx and UPS will be the priority shippers. We offer USPS if requested or if they are the only viable option.
All orders will be shipped “Ground” unless customer specifies in writing they prefer faster service. A surcharge applies to all Express shipments.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Please contact Customer Service at 636-358-6303. All returns must be approved and customer must receive a Return Authorization Number.

Please include the Return Authorization Number on the outside or inside of the box.
Damaged Shipment
If there is damage to the outside of the box, please have the carrier note that there is outside damage. Hopefully the interior package will have protected the crystal. If there is damage to the crystal once the package is opened, Call Crystal immediately so we can take action. We will resend a new crystal to you and send a shipping label for you to return the damaged piece to us.
Defective Crystal
Due to the nature of crystal, there will be natural elements which may show. We do our best to inspect the crystal so there are no flaws or other mutations. If you find that there is something not right with your piece, please call customer service.
Defective Bases
All Bases have a three (3) month warranty. If your base does not work properly, please contact customer service.
